  Location is poorly laid out. Getting through the car wash is an event. The car wash goes from 2 lanes, to 3 lanes, back to 2 lanes, down to 1 lane. Any time there are multiple lanes (2 or 3) the far left lane is supposed to be reserved for kiss pass holders. Except every freaking time a non-pass holder ends up in the "fast" pass line so everything stops, an attendant needs to come help, they discuss prices and what the person wants, the attendant then leaves with a card or cash, rings the person up, and returns with a receipt, manually lifts the arm. Meanwhile the regular lines for non fast pass holders is moving right along. Figure it out!!!!!!
  1) properly mark the fast pass lane in a way only a blind person could miss. Lights, colors, flashing, etc. Hell have a damn dancing clown for all I care. Make an effort to resolve this.
  2) When this happens how about crediting $1 to the next 3 fast pass members in line. I'll bet if you lost $3 every time this happened you'd miraculously figure out a way to prevent it.
  
  If you have the option go to a different car wash or minimally a different Delta sonic DO IT!
