  Used to have an amazing steak sub. Past 2 orders it was roast beef not steak. Very dissatisfied as it's false advertising. If you change ingredients you need to update the menu. Myself and my brother will no longer order a steak sub from them. Very disappointing.

  Hegadorn’s Location: Ordered pizza with sausage and "cup & char pepperoni" toppings. The pizza we got, did not have as much sausage or peperoni compared to other pizzas we’ve gotten in the Webster- Penfield area. The pizza wasn't left in the oven long enough for the “cup & char” pepperoni to actually cup & char. The pizza had a very sweet sauce, tough crust, skimpy amounts of toppings and undercooked “cup & char” pepperoni. In addition, the guy that took our order had a bad cold, lots of coughing and throat clearing. I watched to make sure he didn't make the pizza. There are too many pizzerias in the area that we feel offer a product more suited to our taste than the pizza we got from this location. Who knows you may like it, I won’t be returning.
